The Utah Jazz will be without four starters when they take on the San Antonio Spurs on Friday, the first night of an important back-to-back for the team.
Mike Conley (right knee soreness), Rudy Gobert (rest), Donovan Mitchell (left peroneal strain) and Royce O’Neale (right calf soreness) will all miss Friday’s game, the team announced Thursday.
The Jazz will also be without Nigel Williams-Goss (left ankle sprain). Joe Ingles (right foot soreness) is available.
Utah (43-25) entered Thursday night’s games clinging to a 0.5-game lead over the Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets for the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference.
Utah will take on the Denver Nuggets, who are two games up on the Jazz for the No. 3 seed, on Saturday.
