Provide Shelter

Even with constantly checking weather reports and looking for updates, the elements can still be unpredictable. It’s always a good idea to stay one step ahead. Consider having one tent or multiple tents stationed throughout the event.

Depending on the size of the event, you may need to go with several tents. Place them in the most popular areas. You can guarantee the food area will be a section everyone visits. Some of the entertainment and rest areas will likely be popular too.

Give a Warning

Let the guests know you care about their comfort by giving them a warning. A little heads-up goes a long way. Send out any warnings necessary about weather expectations or notifications about the venue. If the forecast says temperatures will be extremely high or that there might be a chill in the area, send a quick reminder to guests.

This way, they can dress appropriately and stay hydrated. If the ground and leveling of the event can be a problem for guests, describe the landscape and place signs around the venue. A simple message like “watch your step” can prevent many accidents from happening.

Consider Everyone
